As part of our Customer Care Programme Quality and High Standards are our Top
Priorities and you can expect to receive the same high standards whether your order value
is large or small.
Our Gradings therefore have to be accurate to reflect the high standards set by MTM
and passed on to our customers.
You will find that most of the items featured in our Catalogue are graded from Excellent
to Mint, with some at VG+ or VG.
For all Vinyl items, Gradings for the Sleeve or Box is given first, followed by the
grading of the Album/Single/EP, etc.
In the case of a Double LP, the sleeve will be graded first, followed by the 1st then
2nd LP.
Our grading policy is as follows - we are more than happy to discuss this with you in more detail if required:
- (M) Mint = Looks New, Virtually Unplayed
- (NM) Nr. Mint = Almost New, with one or two minor flaws
- (EX) Excellent = The Record/Item shows some Minor wear and tear, yet still looks
attractive and is entirely useable.
- (VG) Very Good = Some noticeable wear and tear but overall presentable and useable, with
no major defects.
A plus sign [ + ] or a minus sign [ - ] by the side of any relevant grading denotes
that the condition of the item is marginally higher or lower than the stated Grading.
(Please note: Prices are accurate at going to Press, and may be subject to adjustment
dependant on grading of New Arrivals into the stock range.
