When can I expect to receive my goods?

As part of our continued Customer Care Programme, we aim to despatch your goods as quickly as is practically possible.

As a guide, you can expect your order to be processed as follows:

If you pay by Bankers Draft/Postal Order, Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash – Your order will be mailed to you within 2 working days, after receipt of funds.

If you pay by Personal cheque – Your order will be mailed to you once your cheque has been cleared – normally after 4/5 working days.

Please Note:
When you actually receive your goods does, of course, depend on which postal method is used, and as a guide:

• or UK customers, 1st class post should normally reach you the next day,excluding Sunday
• Royal Mail Priority Mail, eg Special Delivery should normally be delivered by 12 noon the next working day, excluding Saturday and Sunday
• For larger bulk orders, Parcelforce deliveries normally arrive within 3 to 4 working days.
• For overseas customers, - Once a postal method has been agreed with you, we can give you an indication of how long your order should take to reach you,

We do our best to offer 100% customer satisfaction, and in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will rapidly try and resolve any concerns that you may have. All we ask is that you make contact with us by phone or email to discuss any concerns within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Please also note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
